ECommercialMortgage.com is a platform for potential commercial loan borrowers, national lenders and
brokers to capitalize on opportunities in the commercial mortgage sector. Based in New Jersey, USA, this
B2C portal is the brainchild of an expert and experienced mortgage consultant firm. Pegasus InfoCorp was
chosen by this firm to research and develop a new highly advanced and user friendly automated lead
generation and matching web application.
Developed on ASP.NET technology with the MS-SQL database this portal has highly advanced functionality
where borrowers, lenders and brokers can research and capitalize on loan opportunities suitable for them.
Based on the loan requirements of borrowers, the site algorithms screen potential lenders based on their
capabilities and profile. From the huge database of available lenders, borrowers are presented with
matching lenders to whom they can send their loan application. Mortgage brokers can register and subscribe
to the site by buying (through an integrated third party payment gateway system) a package of a certain
number of leads. Brokers receive lead samples that match their criteria and only those that are accepted
count towards the total leads purchased.
The site administrator has been provided with a very easy to use control panel whereby they can manage
the entire portal. This includes modules to manage users, prepare or modify lead packages, analyze sales
and transaction and manage site content to ensure the smooth functioning of the portal without any external
support.
